Baby moments
Babytree | 2015
“Baby Moments” is an iOS/Android app that provides unique features which allow parents to capture their baby’s moments and stories. The DAU (Daily Active User) increased from 120k+(V3.9) to 280k+(V4.3).
Key responsibilities

Set product direction and vision: I explored potential users’ needs and requirements, set product direction, feature scope and usability goals by collaborating with product managers and operating team.
Deliver design: I conceptualized the functionality of user experience to meet user needs and business goals, produced wireframes and design specifications
