Unified Campaign Builder
Amazon Advertising | 2018
Campaign builder application serves 900K+ advertisers from 10 different marketplaces to create campaigns on the Amazon platform. Advertisers can build 6 different campaign products through campaign builder page. However, the previous experience was inconsistent and confusing.
I was tasked with designing a Unified Campaign Builder that allows advertisers to create different campaign products in a visually consistent fashion thus delivering a unified experience.
I managed 6 different campaign products at the same time and launched the project in 4 months.

Key responsibilities and achievements
Drive consensus
I created an in-depth pros and cons list for every design solution to anticipate stakeholder questions and concerns. It helped to quickly build a consensus among the different stakeholders across dispersed teams which ultimately resulted in the delivery of low-fidelity mockup in 3 days
Deliver design
To understand the business and technical limitations across different platforms, I iterated design details and communicated with the PM and engineering team daily. I was able to deliver hi-fidelity design mockups for 6 projects in two months.
Drive schedules
To support 3 engineer teams, I standardized the collaboration process to identify their requirements and workload schedules for each sprint. Based on their timelines and requirements, I strategically planned the sprints for the campaign builder design team, prioritized workloads, and delivered design support on time.
Build collaboration
To improve known and unknown issues, I documented the design trade-offs we made before launch and standardized the collaboration process with the campaign builder team to prioritize issues and keep improving the product
